Warranty & Returns

Wolf and Grizzly is a company built on the principles of honesty, integrity and quality.  As such, we want you to rest assured that we're here to back you up.  We've paid close attention to every design detail, and have been adamant on creating something that will endure the test of time.

The WG Grill comes with a one-year limited warranty, that covers your grill in case of any unexpected malfunction within its first year of reasonable use.  

What does reasonable use look like?  Well, the grill is expected to go through fire, so our version of "reasonable" implies some pretty tough conditions, within the realm of common sense.  If you haven't subjected your grill to something common sense would warn you that you shouldn't do, expect that if you reach out to us, we'll replace your grill free of charge! 

Since -- like we said -- your grill is expected to go through fire, you should also expect that your grill is going to develop a natural (and we believe, beautiful) patina over time.  We explain the do's and don'ts when it comes to cleaning and maintenance here, so make sure to follow instructions!  We strongly recommend cleaning before the first grill use, and after each subsequent use.

When it comes to returns due to second thoughts, we're more than happy to accept a sealed/unopened product back within the first thirty days for a full refund (minus shipping).  

If a product is unsealed (but still unused), we can accept it back within the first thirty days, and issue a refund for the amount paid, minus a $15 restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we can't cover return shipping when it comes to refunds, and used grills (and grills kept for more than thirty days) cannot be returned.
